What type of medical test a DR. perform in MR? I mean x-ray,blood,hiv etc ?

Hello guys,
I find this very interesting topic and thank you for your help in my case:
1 - I graduated in architecture, but to enter as Federal Skilled Worker Program,, you must have an IELTS 7 and have the recognized right course? What becomes more difficult and more expensive;
2 - So I was thinking to try the Express Entry or other way, through the NOC 2234 (Estimator), the Federal Skilled Trades Program process because I have over 10 years in Portugal as meter;
I wonder your opinion and what advice I can give because I want to then take my wife and children to Canada, when he had a job opportunity.
I am grateful for your help.

Guys, would you please advise on my situation, my application has been received on October 14th, mode of payment is DD. I have applied through an attorney but so far I have not heard anything. I have my UCI and upon checking online, there is nothing yet shown on ECAS, Is it normal?

lastest PER for our NOC was for Sept 30 applicant (raheel83). PER for October applicants should probably start coming by this week. Goodluck!
