They have just started with November ones. So wait for at least another month.

I am so happy to read what you have wrote, but, where did you have this info, that they started with November applicants?
Because I didn't find yet, I am also a november applicant (13th) and I am still waiting to read that the first november applicant was charged.

I assume you already have PER and your application info indicated in the email (UCI number, etc.). You can check status of your application at ECAS link below; won't give you very detailed info but at least you will know the current status and what to expect next.
