NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

Hello Guys,
I am a 1st dec applicant. Called CIC the lady on the other side said that they did recv the application and she also said that the last information about my file is from 24th December and office is reviewing my application.
No other info.
And What I guess is -the applicants who say that they where charged and got their applications returned might be a case of not getting the eligibility points.
And another point I want to add is that if the cap is full there would be no confirmation email from cic, you would just get your file back through a regular mail and it doesnot matter whether you are in canada or india it would take time.
But yes as it has happened to many November candidates in hot noc like 1123 called CIC and the agent just said that the file has been returned due to Cap full.

They got the email because they were charged, so CIC needed to inform that their fees would be refunded.

I see that you got your package returned. Can you please mention the quotes in the etter reasoning for your rejection. Please is it possible to enclose your letter hiding your personal information.

I just printed what the cic customer care people told me. They said my file is found based on your information provided. Please wait for a while we willget back to you.
Then they asked me is it this your *****@gmail.com. I said yes.
Then they said your file is under review you need to wait until 2nd mar to get the update on your app status.Incase If you dont receive an confirmation you can email to cic .

My package was not returned or rejected lol I was saying they are 2 guys who got charged on 21 jan but later on they got an email from cic that cap is reached and their file got rejected, so 2281 is full.But I am assuming if candidates from nov20 to dec under 2281 will be rejected or so lol.I am in canada and my file was received on 28 nov and I have not heard anything yet.If my file was returned or something I would have got back in 10 days.So hoping we all get dd or cc charge and get PER brother.

Same thing happened to me bro.They asked me my uci no and dob and confirm my email and they said we received your application on 28 nov but they did not find further update and asked me to wait till march.So I have no idea but they did tell me if its under review.

I have seen in 2281 discussion forum. i am not sure if its cisco but he is in canada ontario,who got same rejection as taralshah.Just find his post here under 2281 discussion forum bro.

But after pressing 1 1 1 and then 1 1 3 if i press nothing the line simply disconnects.. This happened at least thrice to me..
