Look at past draws on the SINP site and see if your NOC and score of 66 has been drawn.

Are you applying through Express Entry? So your score is 66. With a Masters then how does your education match the NOC? SINP requires that education matches the NOC. Learn French,

• Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required.
• Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.

Yes i applied in 2016 with same but rejected due to funds which i put after my application submission they clear mention that it should be three month prior. so i think they excepted my education with this NOC.
