Completion of a two- or three-year college program in electrical or electronics engineering technology, computer engineering technology, telecommunications technology or an equivalent is usually required for electrical or electronics engineering technologists.

my question is

Hi

I have a doubt. I would like to apply for NOC 2241. I have 10 years of work experience and in that I have 1 year of experience in testing/validating wireless communication devices. Rest 9 years in software/network etc

Will I be eligible for NOC 2241?

Could anyone please let me know on this?

Appreciate your inputs

Hi People,

I am doing all the preparations for applying on noc 2241. Is there anyone who already applied or applying here? Please reply and so we shall stay connected. :)

DEAR

I AM AN ELECTRONICS ENGINEER AND HAVE 11 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TELECOM FIELD , ALSO 2 YEARS IN ELECRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS
I WANT TO KNOW IS THERE ANY PROBLEM TO APPLY FOR NOC2241 THAT HAVE THE LESS RISK OR I SHOULD APPLY FOR NOC 2133

Hi,
You should look for the roles and responsibilities you worked on. If they match with 2241, no harm in applying in this NOC. Normally people skills falls under more than 1 NOC. If any 1 year of your total experience matches 2241 duties, it is good to go :) All the best.

Engineering Technologist talks about the communication equipments. So it should be fine to go with that I guess.
