I might have gone through hundreds of threads related to these 2 NOCs in a hope to find anyone in a similar situation,but couldn't.
My CRS is 438, and I am working in an Indian MNC (Infosys), in support projects since beginning (total 3.5 years).
For the first 1.5 years I supported applications based on Java and also did minor enhancements in them.
Since then, I have been working in Salesforce(cloud computing) support- L2, without doing any enhancements.
It's a simple Incident resolving role, many times checking the functionalities and sometimes the code, and constantly communicating with the users facing issues, via Skype and mails.
Though I have completed some certifications of Salesforce, as a mandate for my role.
Therefore, I lie in somewhat middle of NOC 2174 and 2282. Neither I am a hardcore developer, nor an L1 support agent. I am an L2 Application analyst (Associate Consultant is my designation).
Out of 8 job duties, I can match 5/8 duties for NOC 2174, and 6/8 duties for NOC 2282.
Please help me out, which NOC should I choose? I am stuck with it for more than 15 days and couldn't submit my EE profile.
