Hello Guys

I am very confused in the picking the correct NOC my skill set and experience letter for FSW application so would really appreciate if someone in the forum can provide me some guidance.

By qualification I have done Bachelors in Engineering Degree (electronics and communication)

With deep difficult I have managed to get a basic experience letter from my previous employer [a big name by the way so they utterly refused to provide any detailed exp letter saying its against policy]. I have 4 yr exp with this employer. The designation was Engineer.

Here is exactly what they have provided me
---------------------------------------------------
To respond to customer’s faults and technical support queries

Manage Cisco call manager technical issues

Perform system maintenance scheduled upgrade or patches if required

Provide on-call cover for Cisco call manager

Troubleshoot complex issues involving VoIP and other converged technology when handing CISCO PBX issue

Program software translations for CUCM 7.x and higher, as well as including ACD

Worked with customer to do Audit for system reports

--------------------------
Just looking at my experience letter , can this be used for NOC 2173 ?

Personally, I think I qualify for NOC 2173 looking at the duties , but the challenge is I have little evidence to prove from experience letter.
Looking for guidance, is it enough ?

Thanks and apologies for long post.

YOUR EMPLOYER CAN HELP IN THIS ASPECT BY ADDING THIS TO YOUR JOD DESCRIPTION

Thanks, but like I said ex-employer would not provide any experience to what they have already mentioned.

I need to decide if this is good enough or not .

Anyone else can provide some guidance if this is significant or certainly not?

This is clearly not 2173 more like computer network tech NOC.

how about 2281 Computer network technicians ?
I think if you are performing some duties from http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=2281 and include these with existing duties (technical jargons) it should be fine.
