I want to apply for Immigration to Canada - Applying as a Skilled Worker. My Degree (B.Tech) is in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
My work-experience is of 4+ years as a Software Test Engineer. Am I eligible for applying under the NOC - 2173 Software engineers and designers category, as I do not possess a degree in Computers as mentioned on the Website - Human Resources and Skills Development Canada.
