Can anyone please confirm whether below Job responsibilities would suffice for NOC 2171. Also, I have one year of experience in this NOC and 2 years of experience in another NOC. Can I still select this NOC as my Primary NOC.

Job Duties I'm getting in my reference letter are:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of software products and information systems
- Engage with business leaders and user groups to elicit and gather business requirements
- Define, Document, Analyse and Translate the business requirements into technical requirements for IT team in the form of Business Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Document
- Design frontend and backend wireframes and prototypes for upcoming system modules and projects
- User Acceptance Testing of implemented solutions to validate that deliverables are aligned to the business requirement
- Documentation of System and Process modules for Internal and external reference along with documentation of general functionality requirement documents and flow diagrams
- Performed Feasibility and Cost-Benefit analysis of available options in the market vis-à-vis our existing system to share recommendations to Top Management on CRM solution implementation in the organization in order to bring efficiency and productivity in the Operations and Sales processes
- Client Management for one of the key products of company where he served as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and ensured the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
