Friends

My case has been forwarded on Sept 18. I have been checking the cap details. Seems to be the website is not updated for 2-3 weeks. Its on 348 now.

Can I know, will my case will come under the cap.

Yes the last update date as of now is 3rd October, this is the 4th running week where the data has not been updated on the CIC website however you can check the FSW 2014 SS for estimations if your application will make it in CAP. The spreadsheet contains extrapolated numbers based on the applications filed by the members of this forum.

On the other hand, one has to wait for approximately 3 months to get to know the evaluation result directly from CIC.

As per my observation, on an average 25 applications have been reaching CIC for NOC 2171 per week since last 2 months. If we extrapolate this number (keep on adding 25 per week) to find out by when 1000 cap will be reached then it will be only by end of January 2015. Now since the numbers reported by CIC on their website lag by almost 3 months hence we need to reduce 3 months from 31-Jan-15 which means the applications sent by October end 2014 should still meet the cap provided the inflow rate of applications being sent remains the same.

I would like to shout out that this is a purely assumption based calculation and in no way should be treated as a factual statement.
