NOC 2171 - Application status and CAP update

Hi, any latest DD charge under 2171
 
Dear Friends,

My application packet reached CIC on 12th of September.
Do you think we could still fall under the CAP or is too late.
Inputs appreciated. Thanks!

Hi guys

My application reached on 25th August for NOC 2171 still no news at all is there any way to know if my application was accepted or rejected.

Payment mode is DD and my bank is simply not providing me any update on DD encashment :( :(.

Check with your bank for DD encashment, if they deny to provide information than ask them how will you know if it is not encashed and you want to claim back the money ;).

DD should be encashed by now if not than sorry it is a rejection. Hope your DD is encashed. Good luck.

You can't conclude that it is rejected for now.
August applicants are still much in the race.
 
y ppl r so calm quiet about 2171?Is the game finished on 2nd Sept?
 
My application was received on 8th Sept. On another forum, I found someone else whose application also reached on 8th Sept for 2171. He sent an inquiry mail and received a reply saying that his "application is in process and he will be informed shortly". Does that mean, he has a chance to make in the cap or it was just a standard reply???

Thanks for kind replies I hope it does banks here in Dubai are just such a tough nut to crack I have found one link in bank now and will ask for favor to some how get it checked. Even if my application is rejected I doubt unregistered mail will reach my home I rarely receive posts from regular postal system back home :( . Things should be more computerized in this world and these manual systems should be put to rest. atleast they should create your temporary ID and charge a nominal fee for that and update the status from beginning.

Hi, I just came across this post by chance! Are you sure that applications of October for example won't be accepted? My application has been received at October 3rd. I have not yet received any email from CIC or from my immigration consultant that i have been rejected. According to the consultant, i should receive the email in two months.

Depends on the NOC.. If it is 2171 there has been no news after Sep 2nd..

Application Reached CIC = 21-Aug-2014
CC Charged = 20-Nov-2014
PER = 11-Dec-2014
