I do hereby invite all the prospective applicant of NOC 2147 to share their experience regarding FSW application 2013. Hope we all would be benefited from this thread.

Is it mandatory to have Computer Engineer degree to apply for 2147? Can i not have any other engineering degree ? I do have experience in 2147 but I have mechanical engineering degree . So m i eligible?

In Schedule 3 - Q12 (a), Primary Occupation - what should we write?
My friend is applying under Computer Engineer - 2147

His job details are as below:

1st Job - System Designer Hardware - 2147 (2 Years)
2nd Job - Telecom Hardware Architect - 2147 (2.5 Years)
Current Job - Hardware Development Engineer - 2147 (3 Years)

Now all his jobs are in NOC 2147. So in Schedule 3, Q12 (a) Primary Occupation, What should he write? Computer Engineer OR One of his Job Title?

2147 - Computer engineers. .. If you fall under this category then you should apply in the first month itself ... Or chances are bleak as CAP will close fast for this category according to experts...
