NOC 2147 - August (Applicants)

Guys,

For all those who applied in Aug under NOC 2147, lets network under this thread to track the status and share any relevant information that might be useful for all.

I couriered my application on 26-Aug and it shall reach CIC on 29th Aug.

My NOC 2147 application via courier reached CIO last Aug 26, 2013 and it was accepted and signed by Dexter. Has your application arrived in CIO?

Have you received an official acknowledgement letter from CIC stating that they will process your application? What you are saying means that they got your application package and the person who signed it put the package on their desk where there are more such packages piled up.

I am thinking of applying. I am just trying to find out what month the applicants applied who are currently receiving the acknowledgement letters.

I have not received any assessment from CIC yet. I was saying about the tracking update of the courier.
I decided to proceed with my application because the official counts still do not say Cap Reached. With that, I am still sensing a little hope.

ITs not an estimate its real fact with member like us (may be @ 10% fake info.), and assumption is to be done by individuals with the data available.

Applications load in 2147 from July to Aug in the spreadsheet is on a lower side and considering the applicants out of this forum too..... can it be assumed that applicants of late Aug and early sep will be able to make it within the CAP limit ?

hope you all make it before the cap is reached. CIO still processing June applicants and the cap is now 210. There still July applicants waiting also

how much time does CIC takes to return an application if the cap is reached from the day its reaches the office?
coz i read in some posts that their application have already been returned due to CAP reach in 2 NOC's. just need the timeline for it...... ???

tentatively 20-30 days courier time + time to do preliminary check of your applicaitons

now a days they are working on applications of june end so you need to wait for some time
the current update is 246 is mostly as of last week of june

I sent my application on 22nd of July. May be it reached on 29th. Its already 246. Any chances that my application includes in next 50? before the cap reaches.
