I tried to go through each pnps' criteria but I couldn't find this specific occupation listed in their requirements. Would appreciate if anyone has relevant information regarding which province needs candidates under NOC 2145 without job offer. Thanks

It sucks that none of the provinces need petroleum engineers or anything related to it Would have been better if we worked in McDonald's or somthing
