For NOC 2132, Do we require a license to work in CANADA (Irrespective of Provinces)?

To work as an “engineer” in Canada, you need to be licensed. You can find work as a technician or EIT once registered with provincial engineering association.

Actually, i am still in EE profile, i haven't got the NOI yet, so i have some time, if i required to do any License i will do in this leisure time.

You can start the process once you come to Canada. You will not be fully licensed until you come to Canada. You may be able to become registered as an EIT. All the best.
