This may be good news for us.......

Below is the list of the applicants registered in FSWP Spread sheet.
For October month there are 15 applicants' names below, if we assume that half of the members are not registered in FSWP SS then the total applications submitted in month of October could be around 30, or maximum 45 three times.

So the caps must be in total revised to 682 by 5th December from 596.
596 + 86 (Three time more from FSWP SS) = 682
Do you ME.Eng agrees with my understanding, it's just the assumptions, let me have your comments

I don't believe your assumption is right, when you can even miss my name that is there on SS :-\ :-\

Current mech apps are at 624.

Ahmed the capping work in a different way:
The current cap of 624 is indicating that out of 1000 seats already 624 seats are closed.
Now reaming 376 caps are only open, please note: the caps are closed after completeness check, or say after enchasing CC OR DD of the applicants.
Currently all September & October application are under review at CIC bench. If in case you send your application today for example 3rd /12/2014 it may reach CIC on 7th December.
Your file will be open by minimum 50 days from date of application received and that time CIC will look how much caps are remaining, if in case by that time all sep, oct& nov files are included then your possibility will be reduced drastically.

Dear, there is no harm in sending application.
Better to send asap and hope to be within cap.

What maximum can happen is that CIC will return the package saying CAP reached for your NOC.
And that message has been received by hundreds of 217X applicants.

What senior forumites say is that 624 CAP on CIC site is for completeness check upto end Sept, 14.
So only Oct, Nov and Dec applicants are left.

For our slow moving NOC, i presume there should not be more than 100 applicants per month and NOC 2132 will run till 31st Dec, 2014

These all are our assumptions and speculations. Actual CIC working and behaviour - nobody knows, neither can be predicted with certainity.

its just a matter of spending some money for courier, ya take a chance if gods with you then all will be good !!!

Dear Ahmed,

You can send your Applciation package inder 2132 NOC and wait and InshAllah you will get through. There is one more option if youe employer supports you, you can apply under NOC-2242 Mechanical Engineering Technologist. You just have to change your Roles and Rsponsibilities matching the JD of NOC-2242.

Please check with your empoyer if he can support this. Again the reference letter need not be signed by the Manager or owner etc. It can even be signed by your Immediate Supervisor under company;s letter head.
