NOC 2132 Mechanical Engineer

Hi,

I have applied for NOC 2132. My application reached CIC on 04 Dec 2014.

As of today neither I received email confirmation nor my application returned.

What does that mean?

Please Seniors advise......

NOC 2132 got capped towards October ending 2014. You can go in for EE.
