How is your process?

I am wondering about some work possibilities as foreign civil engineer in Canada ... I know is quite difficult to validate our diploma and get a license as Engineer there ...Hence, is everybody thinking in validating your diploma in Canada? if yes, i what province do you intend to do it? Or, do you think is more valuable studying again?

By the way, has already someone tried/got to validate it?
