I Am Self Employed Civil Engineer and thus was expecting a delay But anyways,
I have been blessed with the next step by NDVO !

My app received date was 12th December. My card was charged on 5th Feb. Don't worry. Our NOC will get capped, and I'm sure the overall FSW will also not get capped. If everything else is ok, you are sure to get your PR.

Good to hear from you, Ali. Be patient. All other factors being OK, you should receive the news of your DD being cashed shortly (DD encashment always lags behind CC charging by about a week). One thing is for sure, our NOC will not get capped this time.
