NOC 2112, Points for confirmed Job Offer for Express Entry

I have a Job Offer with NOC 2112 which is for Chemists with a Skill Level / Type "A".
I would like to know if someone has a similar Job Offer and how many points would it add in the Express Entry CRS.

The CRS has a range of 50 - 200 Points for confirmed Job Offer, but not sure how they are allotted. Does Skill Level "0" or "A" fetch 150 - 200 Points while Skill Level "B" and "C" gets you 100 - 50 Points.

You get 50 points. You only get 200 points if the job offer is under NOC 00.

Okay. So in what circumstances could we get 100 or 150 ? Any specific criteria's for them ?
