Yes, i am also 1123 and i got confirmation from call center executive that noc 1123 is capped in oct. and they returned my file on 4th march. Till now i dint receive it. app. submission 24th dec.

Have you tried submitting a EE profile? Its free and no docs upfront. Please try it. Dont give up hope!

so, if I don't have my documents yet (they are in Sydney), I can apply for EE?
But what about proof of language and education?
What if I'll get ITA and at that moment I will not receive my documents from CIC?

What is your NOC ? Did you call cic to get this info
