NOC 1431 or 1311 ?

Hi All,
I'm a Tax Consultant at a Big 4 Firm and work on US Income tax returns, mainly Form1040's - from Jan 2016 to date - more than 3 years now.

My duties include - preparing Federal, State & City Taxes for US residents and inpatriates .

I also review this work of my team for some clients and some i prepare myself.

Note: I do not have any professional certification like a CA or CPA but i do have an accounting college degree.

Which NOC should I fall in ?
