Job title: Office Administrator cum Accounting Technician
- Report directly with the Chairman and Managing Directors regarding company status.
- Monitoring calendar events of the Managing Director and Project Manager.
- Travel arrangement of Managing Directors
- Responsible for the preparation of Minutes of Meeting.
- Make letters for clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Attending incoming/outgoing calls and transfer to its designated departments.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing faxes and documents.
- Responsible for opening new files for each project, organized and systematized files.
· Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, government taxes, licenses, insurance and other company expenses.
· Prepare and submit tax remittance forms, workers compensation forms and other government’s documents.
· Prepare job cost profitability of every projects.
· Scheduling and releasing of cheques to suppliers.
· Post journal entries reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers.
· Assist the Chief Accountant on preparation of financial statement.
· Monitors billing and prepare statement of account to clients.
· Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Monitor petty cash fund, daily deposits and other related transactions.
· Prepare purchase order of materials needed in the site.
