The NOC is eligible, so if you meet the criteria you will get MR.
What's your question?

Browsing through the forum I found two successful members with NOC 1241. One May 2012 applicant who landed already, and another member from August 2012 who is on her final stage waiting for passport to be sent back. I'm March 2013 applicant under same NOC.

Hey! I got medical request with this noc code. It is eligible as long as the responsibilities of your job is similar!

I am April 2013 applicant with the same NOC. Lets hope for the best!

@ chococherry & others, do u think the below job duties matches 1241 as this is what I submitted,

I am no expert but that is a very detailed and really good description of your responsibilities. I believe that should be just perfect.

Can't tell if you're trolling or not as I didn't see any job duties in the post??? I applied under 1241 in Oct 2012 and received my PPR just a few days ago -- I couriered the passport to CIC today, so based on the Oct 2012 trend, I should have it back by early November.

I found 1241 to be a fairly tricky NOC code list to correctly use for my application. You have to be wary of the NOC 1411 which seems similar to the duties list in 1241. With a bit of work with your manager or HR, you can tailor the job letter to suit the NOC list better. I know I spent the better part of the summer in 2012 cross referencing my original job posting with the duties on my resume, and then having multiple back and forth talks with my manager who ultimately gave me the green light to send to HR for final letter. I work in a major bank so I suspect the process is more bureaucratic than it really needs to be. In the end, it seems that extra effort paid off.

Would you mind copy and pasting the duties again? I may be able to offer some insight.

Although, come to think of it, if you've received your MR already, you're more than likely eligible for PR.
