NOC 1231 is not in the list, but will they ask?Please help!!!!!

Hi guys. My current occupation is in the list of 38 occupation. However, I also had an occupation which is NOC 1231 that is not in the 38 list. However, my attorney told me I should list it anyway. He told I should not only list my occupation that in on the 38 list, but also the one that is not. I know they will ask for work experience for the NOC that is in the 38 list and I will provide that. Now, will they ask for proof of work experience on the NOC that is not on the list of 38 occupation?

Jobs that are not on the list of 38 will still give you points for work experience so you should list them anyway.
