NOC 1212 PNP Program

Hi,

As I have created my profile under express entry with no Job offer. my points are way too less if I see the current draw points I would certainly need job or PNP nomination.

Will some be able to help me as to which province PNP I should apply under NOC code 1212.

Do I need to have a job in hand while applying for PNP or Province can nominate me.

Please help me in this matter.

Sinp ee/oid and NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B are the only programs which have Without job offer option.
This NOC not far away in SINP Demand list.
But in NSNP Demand list, some similar NOCs are there . Like, NOC 1111, 1114 and 6235.
If you seriously want to apply, you have to change your NOC. It would be nice that choose most suitable among them .

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PROFILE LAST MONTH ONLY ; IS IT OK TO CHANGE THE NOC FROM 1212 TO 1111. IS IT ACCEPTABLE TO DO IT AFTER SUBMITTAL??????

Your new NOC Reference letter 70 to 80 % duties must match their expected Job responsibilities. Always take care of it.
Yes you can Change your NOC in Federal EE profile.

Dear Ashu,

when I told my consultant that I want to change my NOC from 1212 to 1111 ; they told it is not possible and it will be misrepresentation of profile and may lead to rejection.

please advice ! is it really that serious that I cant change my NOC after submitting my case in EEP.
I am ready to provide all documents for NOC 1111 but they insisting not to do it.

My application is under the Manitoba PNP. I submitted application to CIC in May 2017. It was returned in November 2017 as incomplete. Now Im resubmitting after rectify the missing forms.
However, do I pay another Application Fee, or still use the old one cos it was never refunded to me.
