You need to check with the bank the status of the DD if not you need to call CIC.

My application received on 29 sep but till now no news and dd was not encashed on 29 Jan . can anyone suggest anything .

Yes, usually it would take around 4-5 days to receive the PER status. When they accept payment that indicates they are ok with the file. Hopefully you will receive it soon.

DD got encashed dated 09.01.15 but PER email not yet recd...does it mean that file has been accepted and only email is pending?
