Dear Aryan,

After PER if all produced documents happens to be genuine, no problem in criminality and security check and OK with POF then you will get through and get MR despite verification. However, time frame may vary on each case.

Lately my DD has been cashed for Nov 21 received application for 1212. I think some applicants are facing delays due to unknown circumstances at CIO, however nothing to worry until 120 days of package delivery. U could inquire about your application status by mailing them at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca however, it takes 60 days for the reply.

Hello Aaryanaworld,

Yes, we need to maintain funds in the account (sent along the file to cic) until you get the visa, and we are not sure if they really cross verify your account details or not, it depends totally on visa officer before PER or MR or after. So please try to maintain funds

AOR is Acknowledge Of Receipt from your local visa officer where you get this after getting PER. PER is sent after you get charged.

Hi racqui78,

Good to hear you joined this forum. As per current trend NOC is little slow : when compared to all other NOCs, however NOC 1212 latest CC charge is for 3 Dec applicant. Previously 2 weeks back cic was taking 57 days to charge but now it is reduced to 53 days from date of app received ;D .
