NOC 1212 for FSW in 2014, Let's network here

Hello Friends!

My application received date is 2nd Oct 2014 as per Indian post through which I sent my application.
My DD was encashed on 18 Dec 2014.
UCI received on 13 Jan 2015.

What all do visa office check in back ground check? Please , give me detailed knowledge about this.

Honestly, if you ask me i dont even know again how CIC does this things....i am 27th August applicant...DD charged 4th Dec and uptil this moment Jan 14 2015 no PER yet and people of sept,oct are all getting PER even Nov started getting PER.....can someone please help explain what could be the problem because tiredness is setting in here..

U should send CSE. Even u call CIC AT 0016139444000
OPTIONS ARE 111 113.do not put UCI no if u know. If don't just let it say three times

Please i need to know something...my application was received August 27th under NOC 1212 and DD was encashed 4th Dec but since then i have not gotten the PER mail....i was advised that i try calling CIC as well as send a mail to that effect....i sent a mail but as we know it takes up to 50-60days for response to come..however i started calling CIC to see if i can get my UCI number which up to 20times within 3 weeks they refused giving me saying they cant give me the information i should e mail CIO. However i got lucky just now and they gave me my UCI number.When i checked the ECAS it showed my full name and IN PROCESS underlined.When i click on the IN PROCESS it said...We received your application on 27 August

please what does that mean....is it they sent PER and i didn't see it or they are yet to send?

It could be possible that they might have sent the PER already do check your junk/spam folders, another probable thing would be they already had sent the PER but had mistakenly gone to some other ID instead of yours (there were lots of instances of this sort of mis-communication, people do not receive PER but straightly receive MR). Top of all, if your ECAS is showing in process and line no. 1 then you don't need to worry about, you are already through my fren.

Finally !!!!!!! received my PER on 14th January
Application - 6th Oct
DD encashed - 15th December (as per Bank 17th Dec)

Now waiting for MR, PCC.....

Guys I have a question, I stayed in UK for more than six months on study Visa, will it be required to get PCC from there as well?

Thanks Vishal Shrestha....happy to inform you that PER mail hit my inbox yesterday 14th Jan 2015 at 11 pm local time...you guys have been wonderful with your responses.BTW August 27 applicant i am.wish every other NOC 1212 in wait to hang on and be expectant.

Hello all, I am quite new on this forum but I can confess am really depressed. My application was received by cic on 22nd Oct, and I used a friend's CC, till now no charge. Is there anyone with the same issue, kindly advise please. NOC 1212

Yes friend you need to get PCC from UK
I have got mine. I stayed in UK for more than 2 years for studies.
