My PER just strolled in today. i applied on 23rd december 2014, cc charged on 19th february and NOC 1212

But so far no Communication / PER email is received with me. I am worried.

Can anybody suggest, if it normal or am I being rejected

Bro. even members are getting emails after 2 months from charging date .. but currently time is 20 to 25 days ..but it depends on ur claimed points and application..

I suggest u should call CIC and just inquire about ur application status now.

Application Received - December 05, 2014

PER Received - February 24, 2015

I called CIC some days back and they informed me that my file files has been transferred to Warsaw Visa Office.

I have a few queries, if some one could please reply.

1) When can i expect AOR email ?

2) Passport of my child was due to be expired on December 2015, however i have renewed the passport now. when should i inform CIC about this new passport?

3) When will processing of my application start by Warsaw VO (Background, Employment verification etc) ?

When in December did they receive your application? I think the overall cap was reached towards the end, but if you already received your PER, you should be safe.

It usually takes 30-60 days from CC charge to PER, so hopefully you should hear something by next week?

sukhpalji warsaw VO is very slow you may get AOR email or may not be.... but ur MR must be after
120 days of receiving AOR there are many who are waiting for the same

Hello guys...

My file was received by CIC on 30 Dec 2014 at 12:34 pm. Till date I haven't received any information regarding my file, whether they are entertaining my file or they have returned it.

Most of the people in this forum spreading news that overall cap was filled that is 25000 on 29 Dec 2014.

Guys do you have any idea about this. Please help me out whether I have to wait or forget about it.
