NOC 1211

Did anybody applied under NOC 1211? If yes, can You please tell me the duties that You put in reference letter? I dont want to be confused with NOC 1221, and refused because of that. Because those 2 NOC codes are really similar.

Please advise, that would help me alot!

I work lots of things there so I can use few titles under this NOC. For example:supervisor, general office clerks, and office supervisor, and administrative services supervisor, and general office clerks supervisor too.

I was just wondering about this part in the description:
"May perform the same duties as workers supervised"

So I supervise people, but I also do lots of office and administrative work myself too. SO it would be great if somebody can help me with what duties to put.. My menager never wrote those kind of letters so he's not sure either what to write down.
