Package returned today with a letter about cap filled.

Application receiving date was 6th of November.

It is strange that 10th got the PER and 6th is being returned, but at least my wait and pain is over.

All the best to the rest of forum members.

Regards

Hi mates, just wondering you got charged before and then got PER (AOR) on Nov 10th...however you application was returned with an explanation letter which was issued on Nov 6???

1, did the explanation letter mention that NOC 1123 is capped OR the global FSW (25,000) is capped?
2, when does you get charged?

My application received on Dec 23 but my CC charged on Mar 5...I have absolutely no idea what's going on....Please advise and many thanks!

Are Dec applicants getting charged for NOC 1123? :)
What is the status of this NOC, Pls tell if anyone knows?

hello guys,

sad to say I got my regret letter last mar 3, 2015.

I applied under NOC1123 last Dec 16. The regret letter says 1123 has capped already.

I'm preparing for Express Entry, I think you guys should, too! thanks!

I am wondering if its a case where your job description did not match what CIO was looking for under NOC 1123.
Also they may have mentioned that the cap is filled because the FSWP for 2014 is now closed for applications.

I am worriedly awaiting a response as my application was submitted on October 27 and no response. I am not sure if my DD was cashed or not. Two weeks ago when I checked with the bank, it was not cashed. I may try to call today to see what is the status.

I am so sorry but do try EE. I did, got accepted but the score is 294 which I think is very low and my chances of getting an invitation is slim

I have absolutely no idea the charging order...Anyway I also apply for EE and maybe EE will be faster, so let's see.....Strongly suggest you should also take plan B (EE) as soon as you can!

Hi there,

I applied under NOC 1123. I applied from within Canada, my application reached Nova Scotia on December 15th and I've heard nothing. I'm really starting to panic now.

Any help/advice etc appreciated

Hi everyone,

Just to let you guys know that I applied under NOC 1123 dated October 27, 2014 and I received my returned application yesterday with a cover letter stating that my application could not be considered at this time due to the cap reaching its 1000 limit. I am a bit disappointed but I have already tried EE hoping for better luck.

I guess that is it for persons in late October - December in this category.

Can anyone say how competitive 289 points will be for EE?

I'm sorry to hear this.

Does anyone know if there any truth in the fact that if you have a job offer the cap doesn't affect you?

The job must be a arrangement job which will be not affected by the cap...

A arrangement job must come with a LMO (LMIA); if not, we can't define that job is a arrangement job...
