Actually it was wrong NOC code.3 out of 7 is a bit short. You should aim for at least 1 or 2 more...
But in worst case scenario, you should just use the second job if that gives you enough points, which I assume has the right duties mentioned in the letter.
Here' the current situation.
I have made a mistake by requesting my previous employer to write my NOC code on my employment letter. That NOC code 2151 was as per my designation . However, now after receiving ITA, I got to know my duties match with 2251 Code
I declined my ITA and corrected my NOC code to 2251. The only problem is the my employment letter still mentions previously used NOC.
I plan on mentioning in LOE that I made a mistake of requesting my employer to write the NOC code based on my designation and request CIC to avoid it as I doesn't match with my duties. I can mention that my ex-boss is unwilling to issue the letter again. So basically I am telling what is truth and it can be verified by going through my EE profile's history.
Do you think it can be any problematic?
I know NOC code wasn't needed on employment letter. But getting letter again from my ex-boss is extremely difficult.
Do you think VO can actually relate that it was a genuine mistake as the NOC code mentioned on employment letter was right as per my designation? Which now I know is wrong way to chose NOC
Please suggest if you think LOE will suffice in my case.
