sad to say, I received my regret letter last mar 3, 2015.

i applied under NOC 1123 last December 16, 2015. Reason they stated is that I applied after the cap has been filled.

Preparing now for Express Entry. Good luck to the rest of you guys!

Sorry to hear that but did how did you get the letter? By email or by the returned application package?
I also apply for EE with only 473, but let's cheer up! Early preparation will be better.

Yes I am have 1123 job in Canada but this is NOT arranged job cos I have open work permit. And I am NOT PhD student.

So definitely I am the normal case under FSW...

sorry, i mean the records that you've seen at the database, did they by any chance fall in the PhD or pre-arranged job category?

I applied under NOC 1111 and today got my all documents returned from CIC. Reason stated NOC 1111 reached 1000 cap. So people who stating that they got their documents returned is unfortunately true.. :-[
Anyways, will try now in Express Entry. All the very best to rest of you..

Anyone having any update about NOC 4011.
My documents were received in Canada on 31st Dec 2014 and there is no information about it.
I have read in some threads that 4011 is not updated since Oct 2014.
Is there any way of checking the status, any email id or helpline number?

Only one question...
Cap of 1123 was 822 on 16 Dec
I accept that they were all apps with charging, PER and above and also reviewed but not charged.
I also accept that these figures were of those applicant who applied in Aug-Sept-Oct and there are so many un-opened applications are in queue.

But form where they selected remaining 178 applications?
only 2-3 charging were reported (don't know these also real or fake) after December.

Where is charging details of these 178 applicants? No one out of these 178 is in forum?
if at-least 15-20 charging has been reported thereafter I will happily believe the cap-full status and admit my own mistake of being late.

Same for other 3 NOCs also
Can some one explain this?

where do you get the information that the cap of 1123 was 822 on 16th dec? I could not find that information anywhere.

Application received 13 November by CIC

I received an email today from CIC requesting for my PO Box number. The email also has a UCI number however no CC charged.

What does that mean, is my application being processed or returned?

I also had an email from CIC to provide them p.o box, after providing they informed me a week later that your full package has been returned on 24th Feb due to CAP

Mine file also returned by CIC . Application date 22 Oct. My agent received email.
