NOC 1122

Just saw from CIC website that the number of applicants already accepted for NOC 1122 is already 1000 What will I do now? I have yet to get results of my IELTS exam on the 12th. I was planning to send my documents on the 15th...Are there any other options besides waiting again and applying on July, 2010. This is really depressing :'(

sorry about that, i read somewhere that you can still apply under 1122 but you need a job offer. Atleast you havent mailed your documents yet, I hate to imagine how heartbroken those applications that were received but still did not made it in time.

I just read the bad news too....unfortunately I dont see many options left other than waiting till next year and send the application first thing in the morning but please do not loose hope, they say they may add more or additional NOCS next year, in the meantine keep gathering all your docs so that you can have them ready next year, remember, the IELS score is valid for one year.....sooner or later it will happen

Anyways, if we trust in GOD, all that happens is for one's betterment....it's another matter that one may deny or take time to accept such facts of the micro-world.

Rest, if I go deeper, I may consider myself as one of the most unfortunate one...with a score of 82, 16 overall band score in IELTS and all doc.s complete, my application reached CIO on 3rd Nov. morning when the doors were already closed for me....it life.

But No...I wont take that way on me. Our plan doesn't necessarily match with our destiny, no matter how good we are in our realm.
I'll get back with same zeal and enthusiasm whenever my chance comes again....that's the way I'd chose to handle my broken aspirations.

1. There is queue, they will return all applications submitted in 1122
2. You can apply after 01/07/11 IF 1122 is still on the list.

Please note NOC 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management has crossed the CAP limit of 1000 applicant and Embassy will now only accept application with permanent job offer.

It means, If you are eligible for NOC 1122 and If you do not have Job Offer/ Arrange Employment, you can not apply since CAP limit is over and you are late applicant. To apply, candidate has to wait till next June month.

On June 26, 2010, the eligibility criteria for Federal Skilled Worker applicants changed.

Between June 26, 2010, and June 30, 2011, a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.

These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment (job offer).
