This occupation ( NOC 1122) is regulated in Alberta, so how can I immigrate there. There is my family, on which my 5 points for immigration are based..

Can I choose another province?
Can I get myself certified for this occupation when I get there?
Is it possible to immigrate to another province than stated in application form?

Already,CANADA is so strict,and still if you will apply only to see whether you can apply or not,then I feel it will not work.
You must go for occupation that matches 90% of the Job duties,otherwise wait and watch till next NOC list

If u r working in a larger company, in their Marketing Dept, U cannot. If u r working in an Ad Agency, U can.

I am senior branding executive in my company (telecom) and assess characteristics of products (telecom offer) of my company to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs as well as develop and implement the advertising campaigns along with our advertising agency.

I have already applied for this NOC 1122. Most the NOC 1122 duties matches with my duties.

Under NOC 1122 unit group it says that "They are employed by management consulting firms, advertising agencies and throughout the public and private sectors or are self-employed.".

Don't you thinks that my company falls under private sector?

I am an IT Consultant in a public sector company.

My duties are as follows:

 Give functional support of the oracle application (ERP).
 Deployed, tested, and integrated the application in the company's existing IT system.
 Analyzed functional requirements and developed specifications for ERP.
 Assisted Technical Consultants in executing the Implementation plan including application deployment, rollouts and user trainings
 Gave application training to end users
 Prepared and worked on Documentation of the oracle application (ERP)
