thanks for the clarification...I have send bank certificate and bank statement both...

i have one question though....does CIS check bank accounts personally...like does they contact with bank account managers to verify....now should I maintain my balance in the account....or i can withdraw amount and later on if rquired, again deposit the funds....
 
Faani!! i think if u dont score 67 points, ur application will be returned along with the fees. They wont charge ur cc or bd. It will not be refused/rejected, but simply returned back.

If u score 67 and ur appliccation passed completeness check, ur cc or bd will be charged

Now comes the verification and thorough evaluation stage. Here if u dont qualify, ur application will be rejected and ur fees (cc or bd) will not be refunded.

But there are variations. For example one of the member here passed the completeness check and his/her fees was charged. But later when CIO evaluated, they felt that his/her evidence for relative in Canada is not upto their required standard or something was fishy so they did not gave him/her 5 points due to which his score came to 64. So his/her application was rejected. His / her application was not returned in the first phase because he/she provided the proof so CIO passsed the fist stage, but on evaluation stage they found the proof insufficient.
 
hi there...from now on. IELTS GT scores are acceptable which are dated within 2 yrs from date of application...right?

i have sent my application with ielts results dated june 2010...this is ok...right?

for the two labels that need to be sent with application pack...is ther any specific size requirement for the labels?....i have sent the two labels (one english and one local language)...but they are not that large....

can anyone share any feedback?

Its normal size not so large size,basic purpose behind this label is whenever they want to correspondence with you they will use these labels.

NOC 1122 ( File Manager ) need help

Dear ALL,

I am new to forum and want some help regarding File Manager from category 1122. Basically I had experience since 2011 to 2003 as Records Manager in Pharma company and duties are almost same and more regarding managing date for all employees. But I dont have MBA because in Pakistan there is no need for MBA if you will get job in small company but just bachelor degree is required. About experience certificate they gave me that since 2001 to 2003 I worked with and was fulfill all requirement according to job responsibilities. They did not mentioned responsibilities can anyone help so that I will request them to give me experience certificate according to CIC. Anyone have idea p[lease share with me.

They have just give me dates in certificate and he was good and energetic in work. We wish him all the best for his future. They never gave me responsibilities letter with offer. So Can I eligible for immigration on file manage 1122 catagory. Also title is different then File manage but I know all responsibilities are almost same.

Dear Saf

Canadian immigration have some certain criteria regarding number which not less than 67,Do you think that you can get minimum 67 points if you have 67 points than we will think wt will be the next procedure .

Ok thaz fine.if it is easy for you to get letter you should get letter from your management becoz many of the application was return on this basis due to not mentioned job Description,so you dnt want to take any risk ask your management to give you detail letter with JD mentioned on it and please note you have not much time becoz this NOC is moving very fast and there is only 500 application that Cap is implemented.

the signing person name is M.KRSZWDA.....did anyone else signing person is same??....please share....

also any idea of how many 1122 complete applications received by CIO?....please comment...

Yes i saw many post in which applicant tells this person recvd there application,there is no update at CIC site so nothing can say about cap ,but i hope you are at safe end
