I thing there is no reason to reject your application,In family background sheet,every applicant is responsible to fulfill there form,So if you got visa you can process for your parents as well,but more clearly not mentioned in any where if parents are your dependent

Bank certificate is different than bank statement,bank certificate is issued by banking authority with authorized bank official signature and bank seal which mentioned about account holder where as in bank statement Dr and cr are shown so both are different

Thanks Faani; but while going through some other related posts to our NOC; i am having doubt about my application being selscted before CAP... People waiting since last year are all rushing to send their application... Lets hope for the best. Amen

Bank certificate is a letter from the bank saying the balance of your account. Statements will list all the transactions between one date and another.

You should send at least 3 months bank statements with your application - 6 months is better.

CIC want to be convinced that the funds are yours and are not borrowed.

Fristly they check application completeness

2- than En-cash BD or CC

My Question is If any applicant whose first two step is completed and than know he cant eligible for any reason i.e for points 65 or some other reason ,Is applicant fund is repaid back which was encashed??

hi all...thanks all for their suggestion and advises while I was preparing my application deck for sending to CIC....at last I am done and sent my application deck today under 1122...now keeping fingers crossed

can anyone comment if I sent at right time before the cap is reached?
