I'm not in IT. And, both me and my sis are in different professions.

She applied as a Quality Control Officer (her degree is Health Management) and I applied on the basis of Audit experience that I had in the past. Currently, i'm in Finance.

I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm pretty sure my application has been rejected. It's been 2 months today since CIO received my application

May be they are processing country wise, just a wid guess. All the applicants whose CC's charged are from European countries. No I also didn't use any consultant. Lets hope for the best. All the best to both of us

Lettle research on the forum revealed that there seems to be some issue with the application received on 8th July 2011 (only this particular date). Even in excel sheet, all applications received by one gentleman on this date have not been processed. Anyone has any idea

I'm new to this forum (first post )

I'm planning to apply under NOC 1122. I have worked as a marketing officer for one year. My main duties included:

• Planning and implementing ad campaigns
• Generating creative ideas and concepts
• Dealing with advertising agencies
• Inspecting designs and editing text
• Coordinating promotional activities

My understanding is that these duties are similar to those of an advertising campaign organizer. Do you think I'm illegible?

The cap for this year has already been reached for NOC 1122. This means no further applications are being accepted unless you have a job offer in Canada.

Now, trusting the CIO officials and the authenticity of this email...I'm still hoping that I see my CC charged soon.... (fingers crossed)! Any feedback from Seniors regarding this? Anyone else who received a similar email and had sent application in 1st/2nd week of July?

My first email to them was on August 22nd and I received an email back from them on August 31st inquiring about my DOB (as I hadn't included that in my initial email). Then I replied back to them on 1st September and I received this last email on 13th September. So, can't determine a fixed time frame.

have u heard back vj200??? I havent heard anything on my file either. Last I heard was on September 20th informing me that my file is awaiting initial processing. I dont know what to hope for any further. I emailed them again last week to check if there is any change in my application status, but no response yet. Are there a lot of us from July 8th still awaiting to hear back????
