For weeks I have been watching your posts and finally decided to share my views.
Firstly, Canada processes all new applications based on new rules separately. This means that a different team processes these applications. There has been a delay in processes because of a re-alignment of resources. This is no queue. This means that each set of application will go into separate lines.

Secondly, David Cohen's office has advised that only 10% of applications have gone into process. Many of the applications are being returned and will be returned for minor reasons. This means that applicants will need to be extremely careful when completing applications.

Hey pardis.. no one knows how many applications CIC has already recieved. There are just rumors going on that caps are reached. Just don't waste anymore time. Just send your file and leave rest on god.

Noc 1122 is filling very fast. So anyone collecting documents... hurry up!! Many of the application will get rejected because i have seen people totally irrelevant to this Noc are applying under it. So keep your finger crossed and send the damnn courier!

Hi, if it gets rejected for irrelevant job duties, it gets rejected in the very earlt stage,or later when the visa office requested the documents?

It will get rejected when they start processing it. So as some other member here said that they surely will take in more than 1000 applications per cap, as they know there will be people with incomplete documents and relevant experience in this noc and they definately want to give 1000 visa in every NOC.

Does the duties below look NoC 1122? appreciate your opinions...

Title:business development spcialiest....

duties:
-Responsible for all aspects of developing products including business plan development that includes revenue forecasting, prices, suggested marketing programs if needed.
-Has significant contact with customers at a strategic level, recommends there requirements, and ensure that changing market demands are incorporated into product design/development.
-Create and maintain a strategic products agenda
-Agree with the management on a clear product development strategy.
-Finalization and implement the Full Product Development cycle within in coordination with the BPR department.
-Study and evaluate identified products to be able to start developing products according to the product development process.
-Build business cases for new products.
-Liaises between SD, QA, and Marketing for the development, implementation and communication of product development programs.
-Oversees the design process, development and launch of new product offerings (new products/services, product enhancements.)
-Monitor and report the progress for the launched products and give the needed recommendation for improvements.
