NOC 1122 is new, so there are more guesses as it is first time for all. It is better to be within the general job roles (60% at least) as mentioned in CIC website. Use different words yet same meaning. Some lawyers are saying you can be employee of the same firm while other lawyers argue that you should be outsourced by the management.msaim said:It matches closely to followings:
specialist, records management
file manager
filing systems analyst

If you feel the role matches the overall description as provided by HRSDC, then dont waste too much time pondering further. Would suggest that you arrange for the necessary documents and supporting documents, and submit them as soon as possible - but do check them throughly as you may not have a second chance.msaim said:It matches closely to followings:

Is it true for all job titles under this NOC or for some particular job titles?
By the way, may I ask your job title, and your roles and responsibilities.
As to new NOC, yes you are quite right, and that's why I am asking for your roles and resp. to get an idea.
thanks.
If you wish you can mention that in your employment history otherwise I do not see any major issue.dsvrk said:Hi All,
The DD for the processing fees ($550) is done.. Made it thru HDFC Bank and the process was very fast ( within 30 mins)... i was worried initially as DD for USD ( for my friend) last year took 2 working days..
and a small doubt: i am working in a Start-up.. so will that affect my process?? its no where mention though.. but they can find out thru references
I believe that there has been no detailed information on this, and perhaps due to it being in its initial stage. However, for the same reasons you had pointed out, the concept of AOR1 and AOR2 may not apply to the on and after 26 June applicants.sbo said:I am a little confused here. I see some members have mentioned somethings about AOR1 and AOR2. My question is that if we will be sending all docs with our initial application, what would be remaining for AOR1 and AOR2?? What are these stages? I can only think of medicals/interview(if chosen). Is that it? or am I missing something???
