NOC 1112-Financial and investment analysts

Let me get to the point.. The NOC relevant to my work experience is 1112-Financial and investment analysts.
I have a bachelors degree in business management. Do I need the exact educational qualification and training as mentioned in this link. http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/QuickSearch.aspx?ver=16&val65=1112.

Please advise me on this.

No, exact qualification is not mandatory. Your work profile must be similar to what mentioned under the NOC and you must prove this to CIC without any doubt.

Did you sort it out? I'm in the same category and was wondering what to put as the date that i was first qualified to practice in this occupation. Is it the date i got my degree or the date i started my job? I completed the degree in 2011 and started the job in 2012

Put the date of qualification, not the job start date
