NOC 1112 app who are still waiting news from CIO and CAP is reached-join please

When will the next intake start? and whether this NOC will be included?

Hi Guys

My application under NOC1112 had reached on 10Aug however the cap was closed somewhere around august 25 . Till date I have received no communication and was advised to wait till mid of December for a response

The suspense is killing me afcourse and i wanted to know "Do people who applied before the cap was reached still have a chance ?" . If this is the wrong threat kindly direct me to the correct one

Hi Sheetal

Until you hear from CIC or received your package with their covering letter starting the reasons for the return or advising that application has been rejected we still have a fighting chance. I'm just surprised that people who have applied way back in july are still waiting for a response

Hi Guys,

One of my colleague who applied on 1st June has got his package back on 23rd of October with the reason of cap reached, whereas i have sent my file on 3rd June but still have not received any reply. Actually Cap reached on 27th May only and those who applied after this have no chance at all. But it is very strange that we are not receiving our files after all it is containing some important documents and Drafts.

Can some one advise me who should i contact and how to get the status of my file?
