Well Nadeemjee this is not clear to me as well. But may be some of seniors can opine on this.

i have studied nadeem ji's case. his refusal is based on JD.

so the question asked is irrelevant because he passed every stage.

it has become a legal matter now since VO has the discretionary power to
refuse or approve a case on the basis of JD or work experience.

and VO's know this thing very much thatz y they refuse cases on these grounds so that the
cases may not be challenged at a later stage in the federal court.

buddy what date is there on your wait letter. Did you address disappeared on 29th or 30th April?

My letter is dated April 25, 2012. And yes my address got disappear on one of these dates. Just keep us posted on response from London. I hope you get good news from them. All the best.
