Hi Do any 1 have an idea .. i have received this email from WES :

will CIC cancle my application or i still have a chance ??

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

I got my GCMS notes already. There's no update on my second application (November 13, 2014). The only detail it has is my first application in May 2014.

I'm really confused on different feedbacks we get from other members. Some people say it is already CAP-filled while some people say they haven't got any information after calling the agent.

NOC 1111 capped.

So finally someone posted that an application has been returned by CIC under Noc 1111 as the cap is full. His date of application is Nov 19.

So I am also out as my application date is Nov 21.

I regret to inform you that we received the return of your application on February 20, 2015 with correspondence dated February 13, 2015. A copy of the correspondence is attached to this message.

Although your application for permanent residence was submitted to the Centralized Intake Unit on October 30, 2014, and CIC never indicated that the quota for NOC 1111 filled prior to January 01, 2015, your application was returned as it was received after the maximum 1000 applications for your NOC code had been accepted for processing within the Centralized Intake Unit.

So sorry to tell you bro that 1111 is already capped as reported by someone ...here is his mail ..just quicly explore Express Entry

I am 8 august applicant, received PER on 1st Dec, but no update since then....There are applicants after me who are done with second line update and medicals. What shall i assume, is there some issue with my application? or i will get negative reply as decision made.

no dear I received email and they asked to provide mailing address with po box

but my friend received email from his consultant, he is 30th Oct Applicant...

I will confirm you within few more days

Thank you very much for your precious time over talk at phone & very nice talk with you.
Infact according your talk with me, you stated; you did not receive your application return up to yet or even you did not receive any e mail for rejection from CIC because of Cap reached.
You just got an e mail from CIC was asking about your PO Box/Inbox. It is right?
If so then, I am unable to understand how you assumed that your game is over?
Anyhow if you are confirm regarding your case that your game is over then its your wish.
But, I am not ready to become a fool without any clear instructions for me from CIC. It does not mean, I am denying that Cap was not reached. It could be but, it could be not accordingly.
