Extreme Contradict, 1st You quoted "NOC 1111 will start charging from March first week confirmed by CIC." then very next "Not confirmed by CIC, it is just estimates.". Much astonish for me.....! I am much surprised......! Was it normal???

Hi,

I have applied and my application has been delivered and countersigned by the Nova Scotia office on 31st Dec 14. Now with regards to the cap and the processing timeline of the application, all i can say is "May god help me..".

Congratulations to all who have got through!!!

This forum has been very informative as to the timelines and insights in migrating to Canada.

It is always good to be optimistic.
But the fact is that there were almost 931-applications with CIC as per update of 16th December. Therefore it might have been capped.
It is always good to have second option available. I shall strongly advice you to apply for express entry as welll as it is not going to harm your current case and it is free of cost.

Dude talking abt EE i dont think i hav any chance for ITA as my total score is just 339.

But y sud i think abt that. My gut feeling says noc 1111 was not capped till 31st dec.

Then why would CIC post 931(554+377) total applications on December 16 and stating that there is no guarantee if application sent today (as of 16 Dec) will fall in the cap? I would agree with you if cic update looked like this 931 applications counted toward the cap. It would have meant there had been much more pending ones so the NOC had been definately capped by the time people received last PERs. No PER no CAP count.
What do you think?
I agree with you regarding having second option, however I am unsure if it is right to apply for EE unless we have any news from CIC. Its my personal opinion I maybe wrong.

HELLO GUYS EVEN I AM ON THE SAME BOAT. MY APP REACHED ON 6TH NOV NOC 1111 STILL NO DD ENCASED AND NO PER BUT MY BOTHER IN LAW APPLIED WITH ME ON SAME DAY UNDER DIFFERENT CATEGORY GOT HIS PER ON 2ND FEB.....I DONT KNOW WHY THE HELL OUR CATEGORY IS NOT MOVING AND CAN ANY ONE LET ME KNOW WHEN WAS THE LAST DATE CIC APP STATUS WAS UPDATED ???

I THINK WE SHOULD MAKE A WHATS APP GROUP TO KEEP UPDATED ANY ONE HAS MADE IT ..???

Application sent - Last week of June 2014

Application Received - June 30th 2014



PER-DD-MR During October-December 2014

Passport Request - January 7th 2015

Passport Received by CPC O - January 12th 2015

Passport Return email from CPC O - January 21st 2015
(Note: I was unable to buy prepaid shipping label from Canada Post online. CPC emailed me and asked if I can ask a friend or relative in Canada if they can buy the label for me. A relative of mine from Canada purchased the prepaid label and emailed me the PDF version of it. I sent the prepaid shipping label PDF as a reply to the email from CPC)

Expected Passport Delivery Date - January 26th 2015

Dear friends

I got my MR and PCC submission request from LVO.... Which was great news... But my joy was vanished when I saw the request to submit all PCC (three countries ) within 30 days from the date of mail.

I quickly requested for an extension as one of the country I know it takes 30 working days to get PCC.

Seniors plz advise What r my chances of getting an extension as I think it would be impossible to submit the documents winthin 30 days.

One more thing I was not even expecting that I will get a short notice of 30 days only.

DEC applicants are in grave trouble of getting in CAP

Does anyone know how much time does it take CIC to intimate that a NOC is full (1111). I was speaking to a lawyer and he told me that you will not receive a letter before 6 months stating that cap is full. Is this correct.
Does anyone else have information from other Nocs on the intimation time by CIC on Nocs that have reached their cap.
