Just had my application returned due to not including degree certificate. I did send this separately but it didn't get matched to my main application.

Applied under NOC1111 received 30th July.

I'm planning on re-sending my application as I had 2 degree certificates notarised. What is the chance that I will still be in cap if I send this out tomorrow?

I am preparing my application by myself and without seeking consultancy services, I would like to seek assistance from experienced members of forum.
Firstly, how to prepare a file to be sent to embassy ? I mean physical file condition to be sent to authority. Secondly, can we send this to consulate general's office located in the our home country or should I send it to CIC office ?
Lastly, how easy or difficult it is to process child's visa as dependents once I am settled in Canada ? this question is coming up as I am falling short of funds.

Start the process first because its getting late. Your application must be sent directly to CIC not the VO in your country. Child visa? When you get to that brideg you will cross it,but its better to include a dependant child in your application from the beginning. Cheers.

However i am not sure about few things in email. I would appreciate if any expert
Could advise me...

It says that "dont send any additional documents unless requested"

Then it says that if you have changes like new employer/new born, then you should inform your visa office which in my case is London.

The fact is I have both these changes new born/new employer. So do i have to notify visa office now or wait for them to ask about any changes. And what is the method and way of informing them. Submission of new forms or jst a letter including details of changes.

One more thing, my new employer is not in my own country from which I submitted my application so can i request visa office to take my medicals when required in the country where i now work and my family medicals in my country of origin as they have not moved yet. New employer is in dubai

Please also advise any number or email on which to communicate regarding my application...

Congrats on getting PER. Could you clarify when your application was received by CIC.

Now to answering your questions. Since you have information to update, you should send a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) advising them of this information. Here's the link:

When you get medical request, I believe you will be able to do it in Dubai by yourself while your other family members will get separate medical forms which can be used to do it wherever they are now.

SOME OF THE DARK AREAS OF MY APPLICATION WHICH WERE MATTER OF CONCERN FOR ME. MIGHT PACIFY APPLICANTS IF THEIR APPLICATION IS STILL UNDER REVIEW BY CIC OR HELP OTHERS TO THOSE WHO ARE ABOUT TO DESPATCH THEIRS.

1. MY SPOUSE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE DIDNT HAVE HER NAME ON IT. THOUGH ELSEWHERE I ATTACHED HER SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE WITH THE EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS. I SENT AN ADDENDUM (AFFIDAVIT FROM HER PARENTS) WHICH I STILL AM NOT SURE WAS ADDED TO THE APPLICATION. I SENT AN EMAIL ON 22.10.2014 TO CSU INFORMING THAT THERE IS NO NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH REPLY WAS SENT ON 11.12.2014 THAT "YOUR APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW, SHOULD THERE BE ANY REQUIREMENT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED."

2. I HAD NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH I GOT NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE (NAC) FROM REGISTERING AUTHORITY AND ATTACHED A SELF AFFIDAVIT.

3. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MATTER OF DISCUSSION REGARDING EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND TO BE SUBMITTED AS PROOF OF FUNDS (POF). I HAD INCLUDED IT IN MY APPLICATION.

4. I FORGOT TO WRITE NAMES IN NATIVE LANGUAGE.

I've completed my medicals and the results have been received by VO. RPRF is done and PCC formalities are complete. Medical and RPRF were complete by November end, while PCC was sent around Dec first week.
The application status shows that medical results are received.
My demand draft payment has been encashed, but I didnt receive any intimation or request for passport.
How long it is expected to take for me to receive passport request ? Give me a rough idea so I can prepare myself and plan ahead.
