Hi. I am also in the 0631 category. I received PER on 20th October 2011. I think the cap was reached before xmas so i would think you are too late for the cap. Hope i am wrong but brace yourself. If you do miss this year be sure to be ready for July 2012. We missed the cap in 2010 and re-applied July 2011.

hi. thanks for replying..if it reached the CAP before xmas like u've said, i myt be part of the CAP..coz the time our docs reached canada it was nov 30th...i might have the chance...did i get ur msg right?

and want to know as well, if and when we are not able to be part of the CAP..how long we would wait for our docs to return on us..
NOC 0631, nov 30 2011 filed, its been more than 2 mos already? is it wise to withdraw some of my show money and use anywhere else if by now the clear thing is we myt really not get into the CAP..shoul i wait more?

Sorry for replying until now. I think you should ask the seniors about the cap as i don't want to give you the wrong information.
Regarding your money would it not be better to wait on a decision on the CAP before you spend some of it?
Finally your documents will take a few weeks to be returned to you. Remember to be ready for July 2012 if this is the case.
