I have a query that needs some clarification. Below are the Duties that we have mentioned for my brothers BC PNP application he currently works as a Assistant Store Manager for Bell Canada dealer. He got a ITA for EEBC pnp we are just compiling and submitting his documents. These duties below do you think they sound very similar to the duties of a supervisor?
Any input would be really appreciated
Supporting store manager in overall operational excellence of the store. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling employees; following up on work results. Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, maintaining inventories.
Supporting store manager in studying recent market trends to be up to date with competition. Authorizing clearance sales; determining additional needed sales promotion.
Provide training and mentorship to team members. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Resolving Customer Complaints. Develop strong relationships with customers by uncovering their individual needs and providing effective solutions
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, Meeting with phone company representatives on the launch of new devices.
