NOC 0512 Broadcasting Managers - UK applicant in BC - need advice please...

Hi all, I am a UK citizen currently living/working in Vancouver BC with a 1 year IEC visa, I am 31 years old and my current visa expires in August, I am looking to find a way to stay past August, and am looking at applying through FSW express entry as a Television Production Manager under NOC 0512. I have 9 years experience in this area, but I am not currently working in that job category in BC, although I hope to be soon. I understand the best way is for me to get a job in that field, which I am preparing to find, however it is unlikely it will be a permanent job offer as most jobs in this area are fixed term contracts and not sure if the company will have the LMIA, obviously I can address this with each company I apply for. I just need some clarity and to check I am not wasting my time.

- Has anyone else applied via this NOC 0512 code? Any info would be greatly appreciated?
- Has anyone received an invitation to apply this year without a job offer or with just a short term job offer? Does a short term job offer get you any extra points or is it not helpful at all?
- I have been freelance working for a large number of companies for the last 9 years, do I need a reference letter from every employer?

On a side note...
- Does anyone know if you can be applying for the FSW EE at the same time as another visa? Eg. if a company want to try and sponsor me for another job role, can I get both applications rolling at the same time just to try two avenues or will this get me into trouble?
